Hi I bought my Sniper mx last year and here is my review based on my observation from the bikes performance.

Handling:

The handling is pretty good, especially when I try to turn in sharp curves. One thing I notice is that the handle bar is a little bend backwards; this is good for handling if you are turning into sharp curves. This is one features of the bike designed for circuit racing. The rare tire at the back may also be noticeable because it a little bigger compares other under bone bikes; it is designed for turning sharp curves and gives stable riding. It’s more than a year now and the tires are still in good condition. Also I observe after 130 kilometers of travel, I feel not to stress compared to other bikes I ride.

Suspension:

The suspension is a little stiff in the front. Also I observe that the left suspension is leaking (factory defect maybe? The mono shock rear suspension is good especially if you have a back ride, you can feel the smooth play of the rear suspension. 

Breaking System:

The breaking system of the bike is excellent! You will not worry if you need a stopping power. The front and rare break is hydraulic disk.  Also I notice that the front break is also very strong and quick to react (Just be careful in using the front break, familiarize the bike performance first before hitting it to the max).

Engine performance:

Will this is one topic I like about. For those guys that needs good engine this is for you! First is the acceleration: I notice that changing gear is very smooth especially when you reach the 3^rd gear to 4^th gear, I think this is design for passing? You can feel the close gear ratio of the gears. The 5^th gear is design for cruising. The engine can deliver up to 9,000 RPM in stock CDI and a top speed of 120KPH. It is a bit slower than its rival raider 150. Comparing the two bikes is a different story. (: Second is the design of the engine, it is liquid cooled, five speed, four valves and forges piston.  These engine characteristics can be found in racing engine, so this is maybe for racing. Maybe a little tweaking and installing an aftermarket performance parts maybe your bike can also be called a “MAMAW snipeee” but it’s at your own risk.

Fuel Consumption:

The fuel consumption average is 37 to 40 kilometers per liter depending on your driving style. I am consuming 4 liters of fuel a week and that’s cost 236 pesos (depending on the fuel price) (: that’s ok for travelling 22 kilometers a day. (You can get more millage if you change your sprocket to 15/38; the stock sprocket combination is 14/38) by changing your sprocket to high speed ratio you can get the average of 45 to 50 kilometers per liter, but suffers your acceleration and gain a little on top speed.
